The University's eBike hire scheme has bikes available to hire for students living at Pollock Halls and Pentland House. Students living at either Pollock Halls or Pentland House are invited to join UniCycles - the hassle-free and affordable way to start enjoying the convenience of cycling in Edinburgh. With spring finally here, it's a great time to get out cycling, whether that's for a relaxing study break, or commuting to the library. Hiring one of our eBikes works out at just £2.50 per week, and all maintenance issues are fixed free of charge. After selling out last semester, we now have some bikes available to hire again. The hire periods are as follows: Pollock Halls: 22nd April - 30th May Pentland House: 22nd April - 14th June (with the option to renew again until the end of August) Please note: due to the infrastructure required for recharging the bikes, students can only hire a bike if they are living at one of the above locations.
